Amazing experience at SIDECUT. I booked the dinner about a month ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they exceeded our expectations. It was the highlight of our weekend getaway. The food was amazing - the flavours were unique and bursting, and the meal was plentiful. They even surprised us ... with an extra dessert. Our server, Teegan, was very attentive and all the staff made us feel special and seen. Went here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Adrian was our waiter and he was top notch. Everything from the food, environment, and service was top notch!

One of the best steak I’ve had so far in Whistler. It was worth the drive and would definitely come back but they open late around 5pm.

Had a great dinner here! The waiters were really friendly and polite. The environment was very relaxing and a little fancy, but it was extremely dark. Although there were lamps at each table, we had to use our phone flashlights just to see the menu! The food was great!! Portions were ... big and filling, and the bread was very fresh and warm, and the flavours worked together nicely. The foie gras was pretty good, but steamed mussels were absolutely delightful! The main course of duck breast wasn’t as good as some others that I’ve had though. However, the burger was delicious, and the sides of sautéed broccolini and mashed potatoes (sorry ahem, potato purée) were incredibly delicious! Everything you would expect from a restaurant in the Four Seasons. Firstly, world class service. They were friendly, helpful, and very easy to talk with. Everyone has a fascinating story. Especially in Whistler. The steak and accompaniments were absolutely amazing. Tried fresh oysters for the first time and were hooked! ... Obviously everything was spotless. The ambiance warm and homely while modern and inspired (if that makes sense). We spent quite a lot here so we won’t go too often. But every once in a while, it’s a wonderful treat.
