What an amazing dinner, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was on point. Also has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend going here if you're in whistler.

Really nice experience at Rim Rock. Everything was mostly excellent. Our server was extremely well versed in all aspects of the menu which made our meal selections very easy. Our one and only issue was that the tuna in the seafood trio was overcooked. Quite disappointing as this would suggest a ... lack of quality control at the plating stage. Mother's Day dinner, 2024. A wonderful culinary experience. This was our first time at the Rimrock Cafe. It was outstanding. Absolutely delightful dinner at Rimrock Cafe last night. The food was delicious, creative, and timed well. I enjoyed the Queen’s Gambit cocktail and a lovely French white blend wine sold by the glass. Dinner was the cauliflower appetizer, the special beet and chèvre appetizer, and main courses of Ling ... cod with mushroom risotto and butternut squash as well as the Seafood Trio.
