Quattro At Whistler presents a delightful dining experience, as echoed by my recent visit. The food exceeded expectations with delicious flavors and surprisingly generous portion sizes, particularly notable given the restaurant's upscale ambiance. The attentive staff, including the friendly waitresses, further enhanced our experience, ensuring we felt welcomed and well-cared ... for throughout our meal. Our selections, including the GALLETTO al MATTONE, AGNELLO alla ROMANA, and BISTECCA alla FIORENTINA MP, were all impeccably prepared and tasted fantastic. To complement our meal, we opted for the Borgo Dei Guidi wine, which perfectly complemented our palate preferences. Additionally, we observed an unusual occurrence where complimentary bread was served to other tables but not to ours. While unsure if the bread was complimentary, we did not receive any before our order, despite ample waiting time. Read more

Went there because of high google map reviews. In reality, food is good, 4-star, but not great. I ordered Calamari starter and Beef Cheek. It was delicious and well prepared. My wife ordered pasta, which was not fully cooked; she tasted hardness of the edges of pasta. My kido’s cesar ... salad is too sour. Overall, I give 4-star for food. The waiter is super good and full of humor. 5-star service no doubt! The restaurant is insider a hotel, there is no free parking spots. You can park to the paid public/hotel parking. Read more

What a lovely restaurant! Food was fantastic. Drinks were superb with depth of flavour. The restaurant was warm and inviting. Incredibly busy as every table was full. A little noisy but it didn’t bother us. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Definitely a gem in whistler. Would recommend!

This place offered exceptionally high-quality food. We started with the Calamari and Buffalo Salad, both delicious. The calamari sauce was particularly flavorful. For the main course, I opted for the fig salad with added prawns. We also shared a truffle pasta, was a bit pricey, enhanced by the three perfectly cooked scallops at $15 ... each. The taste justified the cost. Finally, we concluded with a delectable house-made chocolate tart. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would revisit on future trips to Whistler. Read more
