I visited the Catamba Restaurant, this is mi second time here, and was great again. Cuisine: A variety of options including starters, salads, mains, pastas, premium cuts, and pizzas. Overall Experience: Food: I started my meal with the "Caramba Chopped." It was fresh, cold, and presented nicely, setting a positive tone for the rest of ... the meal. For the main course, I had the "Tagliatelle Pesto." The flavor was good, though I found it a bit sour for my taste. However, the temperature and texture were excellent. Service: The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which greatly enhanced our dining experience. Ambiance: The ambiance at Caramba Restaurant was harmonious, tranquil, and chill, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. Price: Given the location of the restaurant, the prices are on par with the competition. However, in my opinion, the prices are a bit on the expensive side. Specific Dishes Tried: - Caramba Chopped: Fresh, cold, and nicely presented. -Tagliatelle Pesto: Good flavor, slightly sour, with excellent temperature and texture. The food was amazing and our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the service made our experience even better. Unfortunately, however, our exclusive hotel 10% discount for being a Blackcomb Hotel guest was not honored. We presented the discount card we received from the ... hotel, but the manager was unwilling to accommodate it at all. Despite explaining that we chose the restaurant based on this offer, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. He didn’t seem interested in understanding our situation or making any effort to resolve the issue. This lack of customer service overshadowed an otherwise great dining experience. Great food, great atmosphere, great dining experience. The only complaint I have was with wait times. I think our order was rather simple but 20-25 minutes wait time felt a bit much. Caramba restaurant offers exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm inviting ambiance. The diverse menu caters to all palates, including halal options. Jess, our knowledgeable waitress, enhanced our experience with her expert recommendations. Definitely a dining destination worth returning to.

Avocado toast, add Goat cheese. Iced caramel coffee. Delicious breakfast and coffee at Caramba. My first brunch at Caramba. Very excited for Lorette to open. Very healthy amount of avocado on top of delicious sourdough bread. I also lucked into the last 1/3 of my wife's avocado and eggs ... which was also very good. Friendly and professional service, excellent recommendations by our server (the group of 5 all lived their meals).
