Food at a ski resort can be a mixed bag sometimes but was pleased with the decent performance at Whistler-Blackcomb. Lots of choices and decently priced for where you are at. The Rendezvous had a great view going out towards the mountain I wish I could have remembered to ... snap some shots of it. But just take my word lol. But yeah otherwise just your run of the mill mountain food stop. Read more

Ski lodge up a mountain. Memories of overcooked, expensive stodge. But OMG was I surprised. Honestly one of the best chocolate croissants I've ever had and an excellent coffee. Sure it's not the cheapest, but the range of food and drink and the quality was ... impressive. A choc croissant is normally light but this one had weight! Keep it up! Maybe I got a good day, but man I'll recommend this place to anyone. Read more

Good eats, amazing views on Blackcomb. Rendezvous Lodge was a perfect stop with jaw-dropping views for a snack on our visit to Whistler Blackcomb. We rode the Peak to Peak from Whistler then hiked some of the amazing trails around the lodge; we worked up an appetite from the hiking ... so decided to get a snack at Rendezvous. While similar to the Roundhouse on Whistler, I felt like Rendezvous was a nicer facility. This cafeteria-style restaurant sits in the lodge right off the incredible Peak to Peak Gondola. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food styles including noodles, rice, burritos, tacos, burgers, an espresso bar, and more. The young staff were friendly and efficient. We visited during the summer; the facility was busy with hikers and the some late-season skiers, but the facility wasn’t crowded. Overall, we were very happy with the quality, variety, and cost of the food and cleanliness of the facility—the value and the views were fantastic. There’s plenty of indoor seating—we didn’t check out the outdoor seating since we needed to rest out of the sun from our hiking. There is a restaurant adjacent to the cafeteria area, but the Rendezvous was a fine choice if you want to get some food and drink and sit at the table staring out over the stunning mountain landscapes. The facility includes restrooms and a small gift/equipment shop. Recommended. Read more
