Beacon Pub and Eatery - Whistler, British Columbia

We had family visiting from outside Canada, and they traveled to a lot of countries. After trying their food, we all found burgers to be great, fully loaded, and quite good in the size.

Nice atmosphere for people watching and pretty patio…. don’t know why the heaters weren’t on though as it was quite windy. Food was great and friendly service!

Stopped here without even looking at the menu first and was pleasantly surprised! Seating on the top level gives a nice lookout of the surrounding village and is very warm, great since it was very windy out that day. We had the fish and chips which was 25% off on Mondays, came ... to $15.75 per person which I thought was an amazing deal for the quality. Even the regular $21 is a great price for Whistler, which usually charges more for things. The fish had a great crispy batter which wasn’t greasy at all. The fries were also amazing, even the coleslaw was good! I also ordered a side of gravy since it was vegetarian! I’m pescatarian (only meat I eat is fish) so it’s a rarity to find any vegetarian gravy at restaurants. $4 was a little much for a side of gravy BUT it tasted great and was nice to dip my fries in! This restaurant pub highly recommend. Definitely I had one of the best burgers ever at bacon Pub& Eatery. Don’t forget to get Cesar cocktail! For sure I suggest it to my friends and family to check it out !
