Great food and drinks in an awesome setting. Easy to enjoy apres and/or a cozy dinner here.

I was in a few days ago and our bartender Lina was very personable. Had some good recommendations on some activities outside of skiing, have good recommendations on drinks (love a good cocktail) and we didn't have to wait long at all. Lina made my most recent visit to Whistler incredible! After skiing all day, it was nice to be greeted with top tier service. She made the most wonderful drinks, and gave great recommendations on the food menu. Chatting with her was very pleasant and she even gave advice on what ... to do around the town with my family. Live music daily is definitely a plus. Plenty of food and drinks offered for being a lounge. Best thing was the bartender was able to make a customized drink. It wasn’t quit the same but pretty close. This is a nice place to come down in the evening to hang ... out if u r staying in the Fairmont hotel. Read more

Dinner and a show! No host/hostess so you just sit down wherever there's a seat and then someone will come serve; we didn't wait more than a few minutes and got drink orders in. So if you're here for food, the prime rib roast is awesome - I think it's ... gotta be the best roast I've had out. It's a huge piece too. Partner had chicken sandwich, not as good, I got him to help me out with the prime rib... that jus was fantastic! And the show part - he was super talented and got audience participation happening... all very cool. Read more
