Today, I arrived in Canada for a visit and travel. I chose to dine at your restaurant for lunch, but I was greatly surprised and disappointed by the lack of hospitality and poor treatment from the waiters. Upon arrival, there was no greeting, and despite the restaurant not being very ... busy, this oversight was notable. When I placed my order, the waiters appeared indifferent and did not seem to care about our experience. When I asked to see the menu, the response was simply to place it on the table and scan it, without a warm greeting or invitation to sit. As frequent travelers who have visited numerous restaurants, my friend and I were left questioning whether the treatment we received was due to our Asian background, which saddened me deeply. Even when our drinks needed refilling, the waiter did not attend to us promptly. Consequently, despite our initial intention to order more food, the subpar service led us to decide otherwise. Despite the food being acceptable, I must express my profound disappointment with the overall service. Normally, I am inclined to leave a generous tip, but on this occasion, I left a smaller gratuity due to the service experience. I kindly urge you to remind your frontline staff, especially the waiters, of the importance of treating all customers with kindness and respect. Thank you for considering my feedback. Dez was the best! We love a girls girl - made sure every glass was garnished for our sangria & took pictures for the bachelorette!!!

This place is legendary in Whistler, always good music and food. Only problem is to find free table especially during the weekend but I guess we were lucky. My recommendation for food would be Mountain and Longhorn burgers 👌🏼 Can’t wait to come back…

Great place to hang with friends and grab a drink. Ordered the Henkell Mimosa Tower and thought it was pretty cool. Also ordered the poutine but I thought it had too much gravy for my liking.
