This exclusive feeling restaurant bar exudes a modern, luxurious atmosphere and offers authentic Spanish tapas at a premium price, making it a unique dining experience. Whistler Village has many highly-rated restaurants, so choosing one can be the biggest challenge. We walked past Bar Oso a few times before taking a closer ... look. The bar is part of a larger restaurant group that owns several restaurants in The Village. We were looking for something different for dinner, and this fit the bill. Due to a concert nearby, traffic was light, which worked in our favor. They don't just have small bites; they also have small tables, and it's a small restaurant. If you want a. table, I recommend reservations; otherwise, you can sit at the bar or counter, which is pleasant. The bar itself is backlit onyx and is the centerpiece of the restaurant. The front wall has windows that open onto the Village stroll for those who like to people-watch. The staff is courteous and well-versed in the menu, which can be confusing if you're unfamiliar with Spanish tapas. This is my first time dining in after their renovation and I still love it like before. The restaurant seems more spacious now and the food was great. Definitely want to come back here again!

We stopped in for dinner to try the spring menu delas - sangria and charcuterie board. We did have the sangria but went with some tapas instead. We started with the warm bread and tomato. Quite good. Loved the olive oil in the tomato. The olives marcona almonds were a big ... portion. I wasn’t expecting them to be mixed but good seasoning on both. Our sever warned us about the heat on the shishito peppers and she was right. So hot! But so good. The goat cheese montadito was delicious. The best thing we ordered with the crispy eggplant in honey. Perfectly hot and crispy coated in honey and toasted sesame seeds. Perfect to deal with the spicy peppers. Service was good. We had a wonderful time at Bar OSO. Ordered Firecracker Margarita and Smoke and Mirrors cocktails. Both the cocktails were very good. Also ordered basque cheesecake and it was one of the best we had tried. Service and ambience were wonderful. A must visit place.

Super unique Tapas experience with fun and new dishes to try! Their assortment of drinks were also super neat. Amazing service and very knowledgeable employees which make the experience very enjoyable.
