This is the restaurant where you have breakfast when you stay at West in Whistler. The selection of food was not huge but decent. You have what you can think of for breakfast. They can make you an omelet based on your choice of ingredients. As a tea drinker, being able to have ... Chai Latte and Matcha Latte for hotel breakfast was a bonus. They tasted quite good, too! We came for both the breakfast buffet along with dinner to get an idea of what the hotel to offer because we were there for a few days. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with an omelette station and many different options. Usually I skip breakfast to get to the mountain ... early, however, this is one meal I would not skip! For dinner, it’s a typical American style tavern food, with nothing too exciting to stand out from any other hotel restaurant. The meal was delicious, and it was fairly priced for being in the hotel. We stayed at the Marriott hotel, so it was nice and convenient for us to have breakfast here in the morning. We opted for the main breakfast menu instead of the buffet, food was good and presented well. Seems to be a busy place with hotel guests in the morning ... but not as busy for the evening service. Currently staying at The Marriot Hotel, as you can imagine we expect a certain service level. This is up to standard when it comes to the rooms. However, not when it comes to their food and room service. We expected to receive a great food experience but somehow we received ... food worse than you can expect from your local burger place (McDonald's). The food was cold, there was cheese put on the salad that wasn't stated on the menu, and when you place a comment to cook something well done, they just serve it as medium cooked. So if you are willing to pay a ridiculous high price for very little not well prepared food, you are at the right place! Read more

Spent the weekend in whistler, brunch buffet at the hotel we stayed in. Service and vibe were good. Food quality is just average, feels like eating at Denny’s, we were expecting more.
