Never Have a Veggie Patty Option visited so many times on different occasions. The lady working on Tuesday 02 July at 9:30 PM, was rude and didn't answer any query properly. Online They show a veggie patty option but they cancel orders every time.

subs sell themselves you decide if your sub will be good based on your toppings. I usually don’t expect much from the service and don’t post reviews unless i love the service. but the woman there today at 11:30 was the rudest person ever. I had a curbside order because I ... was in a rush and needed to leave asap to get back to work. She looked out the window pointing at me then waved her hand to come in and walked away then pointed to my drink and told me to fill it. I was confused but whatever then started asking if the honking sound we were all currently hearing was me honking… as if I wasn’t in the store as it was happening? Ordered a steak and cheese with all extra toppings and got a dry sandwich with barely any sauce meat or toppings, don’t come here

I just got back and took two subways and one side kicks one subway was crispy chicken and the side kick too, as soon as i ate it and my boyfriend and I am having bad stomach ache, even when we were eating it i could feel the chicken is ... uncooked which somebody can clearly see in the picture. I don’t know how can you serve somebody uncooked chicken and not even check if it’s fully cooked. Read more

The lady who was preparing the order is very rude. I went at 7 in the morning, was in good mood, wished her with a smile.. no response.. Then I continued giving my order, she was very rude, didn’t want to chop the veggies.. and put it into the sub. I reconfirmed ... it from her with a smile.. still the same answer and rudeness. Just smiled back and told her to finish making it. I was in a very good mood, but now utterly disappointed. The outlet should teach some basic etiquettes to their staff. I felt like the lady was called on some over time shift or anything, that she just didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t even busy at that time, just 1 other customer that she already finished preparing the order for. Just before posting this, I read other comments as well, and they are mostly about the same thing. The restaurant should consider these for sure.
