this is the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a review. the pizza is decent but the service was horrible. when the driver called upon arriving he muttered the most inaudible angry sounding nonsense. when i got the pizza i opened the boxes to see that they ... failed to uphold our request to only put onions on one half of one pizza, the other pizza was missing a topping completely. only order from here if you enjoy mediocre pizza and value utter disrespect and incompetence. Pizza Maniac is usually very slow, but tonight's failure ranks as some of the worst customer service. Ordered a delivery at around 6:30 PM, expecting about an hour wait time. 8:20 PM rolls around, no hide nor hair of said order. Calling in, at first the person on the phone tries ... to tell me curtly to call the Kitchener branch, forcing me to hastily add it was for delivery. After waiting 10 mins on the phone, I then get the answer that they hadn't gotten my order until just now. Ridiculous. I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend you do too if you'd like to eat your pizza before the next day. Read more

Seeing a lot of negative reviews here, chalking it up to drunk arrogant bratty college kids. These guys make a damn good pizza, and I have yet to wait longer than 45 minutes for a pizza. I order often, twice a week probably, and have to recieve a wrong order.

Our favourite pizza place closed, and we were at a loss. We like to get pizza almost every week on Friday night to give me a break from cooking. We we kinda nervous to try another place, but Pizza Maniac sent out a flyer, and it had combo ... deals that were reasonable, and just what we like (pizza, wings, bread, pop). We got he 'Crowd Filler' and it was great!!!! The pizza was fantastic, great sauce, fresh toppings, good crust. The chicken wings were small, but really tasty (we got mild sauce, and it was actually mild enough for our kids). The garlic bread was good too (we got cheese on it). The best part was the man who answered the phone was polite, efficient, and had my total ready immediately... our order also came faster than they said. We will definitely be calling again!! Do not order from here. Every time you order they'll tell you it's going to be half an hour until your pizza comes and I have never waited less than an hour and a half for my pizza. The pizza here is decent at best and it's really not worth ... the wait. Next time you order from them call back in half an hour and ask how long the pizza will take and I guarantee they'll say "its on its way". Then proceed to wait another half and hour and the pizza *might* come. Read more
