Note: THIS LOCATIONS BEEN CLOSED FOR AN YEAR AND THERES A CHIC PEA HERE INSTEAD Regular customer here, but the food is hit or miss. Multiple times I have been given the wrong order, my specific requests not considered (like leaving out meat) and the pizza always has giant chunks of ... raw onions and peppers on them, like half the vegetable. I hadn't been to Pizza Hut in a long time. Too many disappointments over the years. For some reason, my daughter and I bit the bullet and tried the buffet today. Bad decision. Two bowls of fuscili noodles in a basic dressing with a few pieces ... of vegetables..onion and celery I believe, was the salad portion,..bread sticks and pizza...if there is any there when you are ready to eat .I couldn't believe how cutthroat it was when new pizzas came out.We watched this one family clear out two pans just when we were seated..one of the men literally stood at the buffet table eating a piece of pizza..waiting his turn in line to get more.Later, he tried to butt in line in front of my daughter when a pizza with any meat finally came out.Our server was sweet but way too overworked. Tried so hard but didn't have enough time to clear plates,offer pop refills and walked passed out table more than once while my card was out, beside our dirty dishes, waiting to pay. It could be 5 stars if that arrogant and mean person at the front was a little bit friendly 😕the place is clean and organized.the pizza was ok but I wasn't thrilled and don't think I will come back here again.

The $10 large pizza of the day deal is awesome, but takeout only. Plenty of seating inside. The waiters have always been nice to me. The people at the register can be forgetful sometimes of my order. Honestly the best deal is to get the $10 pizza of the day ... and walk down on university road to Tim Hortons and enjoy it there with some ice caps and potato wedges. Read more

I generally find Pizza Hut to be one of the best chain pizzerias. Nonetheless I was somewhat hesitant to order from here, after having read the multiple negative reviews. To my surprise however, the service and pizza was more than adequate. I ordered a pizza online, and after 10 mins ... went to pick it up. I was greeted warmly at the counter and was provided with my hot and fresh pizza, which tasted pretty good. The only thing I may suggest to improve this establishment even more is for there to be more than one cashier, as I had to wait in line for a little bit more than five minutes due to the long line up.
