Pizza Heaven - Waterloo, Ontario

Used to eat here frequently. Went again recently for the first time in years. I understand that it's under new ownership, and believe me, it shows. This place used to be good. Possibly the worst pizza in Waterloo now, would rather get Little Caesars.

Customer service is horrible. I came into the store and placed my order (only 3 pizzas and wings not a huge order). I paid for the order ahead of time (paid at 3:57pm) and was told it would be about 40-45 minutes. I came back ... at 5pm to pick up the order and it was not ready. Seems like they had forgotten to even start my order. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Final got my order 1 hour and 15 minutes after I ordered it. Furthermore one of th pizzas was wrong. Have been customer since long, not bad! Good bank for your buck. Wings are very delicious, stone cooked pizzas are definitely worth trying. Although staff is cooperative they need to work little hard on overall customer service.

I have been over here a few times and really enjoy the pizza for the price. Also gets a plus for its unlimited toppings option, a pretty rare sight for pizza joints. The accent might be heavy depending who's working but overall pleasent experiences going there.

I live maybe a 10 minute drive away and the pizza was still half an hour late. I was told on the phone it was only going to take half an hour... but after 45 minutes when I called they said it would be another fifteen minutes!! It also says ... you can order unlimited toppings, but than says you can only have three meat items. Other than that, it was fine, pizza was warm, it tasted good, and was a decent price. Read more
