Food was good waitress was not helpful

I have ordered from here in the past and tend to always be missing something from my order, today was no exception. I ordered through Uber eats and half the order was missing, it took an hour longer than usual for the restaurant to complete the order, and the ... food that did arrive was solid and cold (I ordered pasta and it lifted in one solid block). We called the restaurant to confirm if the whole order was actually made and was picked up just in case before calling Uber and they said idk call Uber…that’s what we were doing. But do they not realize once an Uber order is complete (delivered) it’s nearly impossible to contact the driver and you never get a full refund on items…oh well I guess but still verrrrry unimpressed with the food and service. Salt. I'm not sure what it is about salt here, but they don't seem to be into it. The pasta dishes were severely undersalted. There were two kinds of pepper on the table (chili flakes and black pepper) but no salt on the table. We had to ask for some. The ... pizza was good. The burrata was great, just delicious. Loved the food and ambience here - location is very lovely particularly for patio. Some bees buzzing around food was the only thing that could be better but that’s kinda expected for outdoor dining during summer. Recommend this.

Service was great for sure and the food was good, a little al Dante for my preference, my friends thought the same, but still solid flavors and creaminess. My brother found it under flavored but I think Italian cooking isn't about wild flavors, it's a nice subtle pasta sauce and ... cheese taste. Nothing to write home about, but not a bad stop.
