Arby’s - Waterloo, Ontario

I placed an order through the drive thru for a beef and cheddar meal, mozza sticks, blueberry turnover, and a coke. I had to repeat myself multiple times to start. I get home and I have a beef and cheddar with curly fries and coke. Meanwhile, I was up charged ... for the mozza sticks and turnover. I drive back and I asked to get what I paid for along with a fresh sandwich. I get home yet again. The same old sandwich along with under cooked mozza sticks, and still no turnover. Glad I paid $19 for this. And the waste of gas going back-and-forth. Three times at this location, three times disappointed with errors. This location proves a lack of leadership. Read more

This was a wonderful treat for my husband and I. I had the beef and cheddar with curly fries and drink. Hubby had the three cheese and bacon beef with curly fries and drink. It was hot and so delicious. Our once a year treat.

Absolutely terrible experience at Arby’s. I went on June 16 2024 at around 8:15. I had three JR roast beef’s and two double classic. The bread was solid on 4:/5 sandwiches which forced me not to eat them. I only was able to eat one. This is ridiculous. I paid ... 30$ and only was able to eat one thing that was edible. The poutine and loaded curly fries were good with a good amount of topping. The Arby’s beef n cheddar could have used a bit more sauce. It was a bit dry. The person who took our order was friendly.

Interestingly, there isn't any Arby's around GTA (as of Mar 2024). This was my first time trying Arby's and its location is nearby the St. Jacobs Farmers' Market. I know Arby's is most famous for its roast beef sandwiches but it's not really my thing. I tried the Buffalo Chicken ... Sandwich, which was nothing special. The curly fries were cool, and I enjoyed dipping them in the exclusive "Arby's Sauce" and "Horsey Sauce". To me, Horsey wins. The sandwich was a decent size but came to be around $15 (with tax) which I thought was not very worth. The food was prepared fast but it was not wrapped well, lettuces were scattered outside and the sandwich was drenched in sauces. You can get a much more decent sandwich from Chick-fil-A or Subway at the same price. The service was good. The environment was clean and comfortable. But I don't know how long this location can last. I came in at lunch hour on a weekday (with Farmers' Market opening). There was not a single person ordering food throughout, not to mention there is an A&W beside it as competition. Read more
