Haitham was amazing thanks to him we got our order fast and the drinks and food was good recommend this location his performance was 10/10
2/3 drinks messed up, one mango hurricane smoothie was so watery it was pretty much juice, and the other drink was just wrong. also felt gaslit
Not a busy place depending on a time of day, place is clean , they seem to have a lot of options for drinks, the area seems to have just the right amount of seating, the staff is friendly too and very welcoming, easy to get parking to in front ... of the store, but I think you’ll like this place too Read more
I would avoid this location especially with online orders. This is the second time this month this has happened, there is an employee there who does not care at all. Both times same situation. Order 2 different drinks, received some sort of mixed combination of the two which taste like ... chalk, and not even filled, the first time was worse. Order same 2 separate drinks, got whatever mixed concoction but both cups were only filled halfway and one was for my blind freing who couldn't check and ended up having an ilergic reaction. Same person did this twice first time they laughed and thought it was funny, and second we tried to address it but feeling a bit blown off. I come here fairly regularily and have never had an issue. Todays experience stood out to me more than usual. There was a lady working there this afternoon who was an absolute doll. She was so cheerful and friendly, not in the phoney customer service way either. Genuinely ... just seemed like a wonderful person, great conversation, and made us feel really welcome. My boyfriend and I got out drinks made quickly, and they tasted great as usual.
