They have a great selection of icecream and I love getting the new non dairy Oreo flavor it’s great! 10/10

Very awful experience. The owner is very rude and does not respect the customers. The service is not good, the scoops are costly too. Very small scoops for the money I am paying and a typical smell coming when visiting store. I wont recommend anyone to visit this store.

Never going back, I normally go to the Kitchener location as its great experience there but as I was in Waterloo I visited here, and turns out it was horrible experience. The brownie I ordered was horrible in taste, looked like it was very old. I read some previous reviews ... and now I can see this is happening to many people not sure why this never happened to me at Kitchener location. Surly service. The lady working seemed annoyed I took her away from her computer. Very small scoops. Medium come to almost $10 and was very melted. This isn't a recipe issue because the ice cream was foamy, and clearly not cold enough.

We ordered a Birthday cake for our Daughter. We expected a slight variation from photo to cake but what we received was just awful!! The writing was all over the place with thin spots, thick spots and hard to read. The lines were not clean on the side at all ... and parts didn't even go all the way around the cake. Also was to be a half cake half ice cream but got an all ice cream cake! When asked for a refund we were told we can have an ice cream cone or a $10 giftcard. Read more
