I ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it was basically a plain iced coffee with vanilla syrup, because it had regular cream instead of the actual vanilla sweet cream which is a thick topping. I couldn't figure out why it didn't taste like vanilla and the barista generously ... remade it with more syrup, which helped a bit, but then realized later that she used regular milk. Baristas try their best, especially during peak hours. I think they’re pretty efficient considering how busy it gets. They also give out free samples occasionally!

I was having kind of a rough day today but you know Starbucks has the option to make your day right? I went in and Sam greeted me a huge smile and I told him about my experience at a different store that the ruined my drink. He personally came ... to my table and made an excellent drink.
