Minced pork + egg tastes good - not too oily. Personally I prefer sweeter and with short grain rice, but this is more authentic and just as good. Service was fast and friendly. 4.5 ⭐️ - I would go back :)

Delicious food - the portions are generous, the food itself has a nice homemade/authentic quality to it - all for amazing prices. I gave a 20% tip and still paid under $20. On top of that, the owner is super sweet and welcoming. They ran out of beef soup for the ... Taiwanese beef noodle soup, but the owner kindly recommended the Dan Dan Noodles instead. I ordered a 3-spice chicken and Sauteed beef for takeout and the owner gave me 7 pieces of chicken and one bowl of beef with the other bowl empty (see pictures attached).
