I couldn't try the food because the staff discriminated against me and my family based on our religion and background, claiming that all their dishes contained alcohol, which goes against my Muslim beliefs. However, after some research, I found out that this wasn't the case at all. It's clear they ... intentionally refused to serve us. The bourbon chicken isn't something I would make myself at home so it's a treat every once in a while. Everything is fresh and on point taste wise. I try not to think about all the chemicals that make it so tender and just enjoy!! 😊 Enjoy your food.

Busy day we stopped by seeing the people lined up thought they might have changed their menu. Big mistake flavourless. Customer service down the hill. No need to mention. It’s ok it’s a take out fast food but no need to be disrespectful towards customers!

The bourbon chicken is not that much delicious but worth going out of your way to try. The problem with this location — I'm not sure about other locations, as I've never experienced this problem with the only other one that I've been to — is that they start making preselected, ... discounted plates at around 5:30 PM. Considering that the location closes at 9:30 PM, and when they start making said plates is the time that most people are getting dinner on their way home, you either get a combination that you may not like or end up not eating here altogether. We went to the Conestoga Mall’s Bourbon St Grill on a weekend afternoon. They had a small line, but it went by very quickly. We got two Combo 1 ($11.69+tax) which includes rice/noodles, 1 meat and 1 veggie. For the first one we got noodles, corn and the bourbon chicken. ... For the vegetarian one we got the noodles with zucchini and corn. We personally think the noodles are better than the because it is more flavourful. If you get the rice, we recommend that you ask for a sauce on top (the bourbon sauce if you like it sweet). The chicken is always the star of the show for us, it is sweet, soft and juicy. The corn wasn’t very good though, it wasn’t sweet and it was a bit mushy. We would recommend the broccoli instead or other vegetables. Tip: You get a small discount if you pay in cash. Read more
