Where to start... this used to be such an amazing place to stay. Used to have a bar, used to have an excellent breakfast restaurant, used to be a pretty classy place. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was still pretty decent for the money, but unfortunately, it ... has really gone downhill. This time: mold in the shower, discoloured sink, the finish was peeling off the faucets and the room heater kept cycling on/off every 30 seconds, making it kinda hard to sleep! My wife and I stayed here Sat. Nov 11. She attended a bridal shower. I attended the television. Staff here are excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The king bed was great. We would definitely visit again. Also, the grab and go breakfast was quite good, no matter what you may hear. A shout out to ... management for accomodating our early check-in request. It's a fine place to stay, but definitely needs some updates. Pretty sure the tv in our room was as old as me, but it worked even if the quality wasn't great. Has a nice pool and sauna, but the hot tub was out of order.

Was here for a conference and stayed one night. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were good overall - nicely renovated bathrooms. One note: the fridge wasn't cold enough to keep food cold. Lobby washroom plumbing needed fixing as only 1 of 4 sinks worked, and 2 toilets were out ... of order, which made it hard for conference guests. Standard room, 2 queen beds and pillows were comfortable, nice upgraded bathroom/shower. Nice to have a sliding door that you can park near, makes things easy, but the courtyard rooms looked nice as well. It's a nice hotel, you can tell its an older place but feels like in its ... hayday it was the best in town. I would stay here again as its close to the mall and other shopping easy access to the hwy and the staff were friendly. Pool was nice and has a hot tub and sauna which was perfect. The fitness centre was well equipped as well. Read more
