Oh.my.god. I missed Mr.Sub !!! On my way to get some take out, saw this place out of the corner of my eye! Best sandwich making experience ever! The people behind the counter were amazing. They made my sandwich exactly the way it should be. Took our food home to eat and all I can say ... is , WOW! I will be getting subs at Mr. Sub from now on, the same way it was when I was younger. Best Mr Sub in Waterloo region. Family that runs this location is great. They offered me a garlic bread bun that they make at this location, it was amazing. Really great service.

My Wife has brought me home subs from here several times now, we are new customers. The sandwiches have been basically perfect every time which deserves the rating alone. But what really matters here is how my wife comments on how nice the people are that run this ... store, every time she comes home with the food. IT IS SOOO BIG!!! One of the best subs I have ever had! Lots of toppings, everything fresh (including lettuce) staff is very friendly and welcoming (makes you want to come right back for another sub) I also noticed they are sanitizing everything regularly which is perfect!
