Personally, I did not like the food, felt overpriced for an above average burger. Price to value was not there. if I had to pay a premium for a premium burger, this was not it.
Server was nice. Got seated at a dirty table. Asked for burgers to be medium, pink in the middle. Received very well done burgers so dry. The works has very family staff and some amazing burgers. It took a while to get seated, but our waitress was friendly and did a great job even though it was her 1st shift. 8/10
