I can't recommend this bakery enough! Absolutely phenomenal that never disappoints. The croissants and kouign amann are flaky and buttery. The ever-changing and seasonal flavours using local ingredients make for some scrumptious eclairs, tarts, ice cream, and cream puffs. Unbelievably good! The best pastry in the region, no question! Huge variety of bean to bar chocolate. Every bar has a unique flavour. I can't say enough good things about it. The chefs pastry skill leaves me jealous every time! Unique coffee to match the chocolate.

Disregard the shallow, mean-spirited one-star reviews below. This bakery produces some of the best pastries I've ever tasted -- truly Parisian-quality work. Ambrosia is a family business operated by passionate professionals using top quality ingredients. I am only sorry I live in Toronto and can't visit every Saturday.
