We had an INCREDIBLE dinner here tonight. The service was friendly, and the chef came out to greet everyone as well. The noodles were an amazing texture — you could tell it was fresh and homemade. The flavours were complex and layered. I can’t wait to go back and support ... this family restaurant. Wonderful, wonderful! Very thankful to have this establishment in the community. Service was quick and nice. Bogda salad - great, perfect amount of spices, tastes fresh and flavourful. Bogda Lagman - not enough meat for the amount of noodles, taste is a bit muffled, too much water in that dish. I've had better Lagman noodles in US. Milk is tea comes ... in a huge pot - good for 2-3 people. Only one dessert available and it was great - something between Napoleon and honey cake, but it was not thawed, still a bit frozen. Th food is so delicious I love it, we ordered 2 deferent plates both of them were amazing this one on the picture was M11 I guess, and the other plate was M7 both of them were so delicious . I love this place and definitely recommend it.

So this was my first time ever trying Uyghur cuisine, and wow what amazing food MashaAllah. We ordered a variety of dishes, and they do not go soft of the portion sizes at all. Our favourites were definitely the cold beef noodles (super refreshing with great seasonings), mantu (delicious beef ... dumplings) and the lamb kabobs.
