Food was just okay. Would not go back for it. Service was provided by a young lady with blond hair, who looked as interested in providing service worth a gratuity as I would be redoing a math exam. Hence none was given. $62 wasted. It used to be a nice ... place to go. USED to be. Shame. Read more
The quantity of the food is amazing . Pulled pork nacho is really good. Unfortunately, my stomach is too small. Otherwise, I will try some other dishes.
Stayed for 10 days arround Waterloo and went 4 times to this place. To be honest I couldn't find any other place in the zone that could compete with Ethel's Lounge regarding the Quality/Price balance. Almost all the times that we were here we ordered their Wings, which are a thousand ... times better than anywhere around because they do not fry them, as the others do. Came for a late night snack and drinks, pulled pork nachos were crazy delicious, for the price and the size, 100% worth it! Customer service was awesome and they had a bunch of drink specials. Would very much recommend coming back for the food and the drinks!

Beautiful outside patio. Lots of umbrellas to keep you cool. Busy, and lots of staff. Had wine on the patio. Open on holidays. NO wait for table, bathrooms are ok. Viewed the menu, something for every one.
