Cheeses Murphy - Waterloo, Ontario

This place is my go to for late night comfort food! Usually after a night out I love to go grab one of their grilled cheeses (the one with the bacon jam is 10/10) but I even head out after a night in with my roommates because this place beats ... any home delivery pizza! I just wish they'd post more about when they're open, the last few times we've gone out to grab a bite they have been closed despite it being during their regular hours. Read more

Nothing says weekend nights in uptown waterloo like a grilled cheese from Cheeses Murphy. Grilled cheese always good, but after a few drinks it's amazing. This place attracts people walking home from the bar like a bright light attracts flies.

Delicious late night grilled cheese. What a gem. A perfect portion, so simple yet delicious - the harvati in particular just melts perfectly. Really funny waiting cards you get instead of numbers and cool staff. Two tips: it's cash only AND they have a daily special! Best grilled cheese I've ever had. I go there once or twice every weekend even when i haven't been out partying until 3am. I just go because its delicious and irresistible.

This place is THE BEST when you are drunk at 3AM and looking for something super healthy to snack on. Delicious grilled cheeses and relatively quick service. Highly recommended.
