Burger King - Waterloo, Ontario

Always have been a fan of burger king, but today it felt like the employers did not feel like working, just have a look at the portion no straws or spoon, all the ice cream melted. Total disappointment.

Why so much understaffed? Rude lady at front. The lady with lipstick is never responding, there were not many orders but my food took 39 minutes to get ready. Even though it was ready they took 6 minutes extra to give it to me. I don’t understand this owner’s greed ... to save $15 an hour thus they didn’t allot another employee. Very disappointed, and I also know that no one will respond to this review. There must be an Indian owner. Read more

You have certain expectations when you go to a fast food place. Food will be quick, staff will be polite and the restaurant will be clean. It's not the taste or quality of food you judge these restaurants on (they should all meet the basic requirements for a Burger King). Any time I've been in the restaurant it has been clean and quick service but most times the cashier does not understand English very well so we end up having to repeat our order multiple times, which gets very frustrating and then another employee has to come over to help ... out. I am not meaning to sound racist in this feedback but I think you need to put cashiers on that can speak and understand English fluently. I now ONLY order through apps because I don't want to deal with this issue. Read more
