The pho was really good, great portion, and super affordable compared to most other spots in Victoria. Good service too. Will return for sure when I'm craving pho.

Three of us went for lunch, none of us had been here before, so we all had a different impression. This is an "ok" Vietnamese restaurant. We ordered spring rolls but it wasn't told to us that they were the fried version; we were hoping for the freshly wrapped version. Great service and Great food. Definitely one of mine and my boyfriends favorite places to go. Staff is always very polite and attentive. Food is large portions for the price, I find most Vietnamese restaurants I don't get full at but I am very satisfied when I leave this restaurant ... everytime! This restaurant used to be called "Saigon Harbour" but are under new ownership. The restaurant is now called "Pho Nay" and it has an updated look to the place. I came in on opening day and the food was great. I had number 20 - Pho Steak and it was ... delicious! Staff was friendly and service was prompt! Definitely looking forward to another bowl of Pho.
