The store smelled of fresh baked banana bread when I entered the store which is small but has a very homey vibe. The salmon sandwich was delicious!

This place is so underated! Great soups, delicious sandwiches (love the avocado veggie, salami + cheese, and tuna sandwiches). Owner is very friendly too!

I used to come here from time to time. The lady was so nice to me, even though I was homeless and lived out of a shopping cart With my cat. Whenever I would have some money and was hungry, I felt good to support her local shop and ... she would always give me something extra. I miss our chats we used to have when I would come in. If I ever come back to Victoria I would love to see this lady again and than her. She was a bright light in a dark place for me, and her food made me feel like I was eating home cooked food made by mother. I will never forget her kindness she showed to me. she always had such yummy foods. Soups, beautifully made sandwiches so fresh, wonderful ingredients, fruits, snacks and drinks, and a small table to sit at with a window table. Adorably set up, hard to miss, you always want to stop by when you walk by her little shop. A homely shop run by a humble lady cooking heartwarming food... support her little shop, it will become a favourite of yours. Read more
