Part and Parcel should be on everyone’s list to eat. It’s a hidden delight in Quadra! We’ve been to Part and Parcel twice already, and to be honest, they’ve never missed the mark on anything. The food is exceptional, and hits the spot all the time! We called to make a ... reservation the day of, and the manager was very accommodating in booking us a table despite Fridays being very busy. We also found out the special menu features as we had mentioned that we are pescatarians. When we got there, we were greeted by her warm smile, and we enjoyed the inviting atmosphere, cozy and airy vibes. I appreciate that all of their dishes are perfect for sharing, as we got to try as many dishes as we can again. We got the potato dish, blistered shishitos, and yuzu Caesar salad as appetizers, and they were all so great with their flavours, textures, and depth. We got their special feature: Nashville fried halibut sando, and it was one of the best fish sandwiches we’ve ever had! *Chef’s kiss* The chef nailed that sandwich with all of its crispy and saucy components, it was just phenomenal! Our minds were blown away by that sandwich. Honestly, it should always be on the menu. In addition, we got the lingcod dish, and it tasted so fresh with the coconut milk broth, rice and fresh herbs, just perfect for the summer! For dessert, we got the Basque cheesecake and the jungle cookie, and oh my goodness, they were both very amazing and so delicious! Overall, I highly recommend dining at Part and Parcel as you’re in for a treat. Excellent service by the hosts, and the manager is so lovely - we really enjoyed conversing with her! I love part & parcel!! The food is delicious and fancy and the staff are so very welcoming and nice!! The dishes are all so beautiful as well, a feast for your stomach AND eyes. Good flavors with decent portion for a premium price, and friendly but molasses-slow service that chatted amongst themselves with backs to the front of house. The Charred Broccoli Sandwich was bright and the broccoli is very charred... maybe burned to some. Parisenne Gnocchi was creamy, rich, and comforting.

I have been ordering the charred broccoli sandwich for YEARS and loved it every time. However, on Saturday evening I opened up my beloved sandwich to find a tiny bun about half the size that it’s been for the past 3+ years!! SO disappointing. I realize that grocery prices have gone ... up but this was just… such a big change. I wish they had given an explanation and even given the option to pay more for the full size sandwich that they normally serve. At the very least they need to update the photo on the website.. The sandwich remains delicious…. But has shrunk down to a “bunwich” size. Read more

You have to know a local to find out about this place...and once you do you'll want it to be your secret too. Our group had one of everything and EVERY dish was fantastic. Well selected drink menu. If you are a foodie this is a must. The ... atmosphere is warm, natural and inviting. Our server, Annie was welcoming, friendly and one of those people who made you feel she was really happy you were there and that she was there. This will now be my go to for every trip to Victoria.
