They get good cured meats and cheeses here, but the service needs work. They are painfully slow at cutting meat. They need to sort out their POS system, and sharpen the blade on their meat slicer, or train their staff to use it properly. The shop used to be amazing ... about 6 or 7 years ago. They play insipid pop music now, which I wouldn't normally care about if I didn't have to listen to it for 20 minutes while I waited for 100g of meat. So glad to have stopped by. The gentleman serving me took the time to recommend two amazing goat cheeses from Cypress Grove. They are so delicious. I will definitely be back for more! The cured sausages and chorizo were also excellent. Lovely little shop with attentive service!

I think Choux Choux has seen better days. I was really disappointed at the service. There were three people seated, dining. Two people having their orders taken and the two of us walked in. I asked if we can order take out. That confused the staff. When I noticed how many ... people were in their small shop, I ask if they had an occupancy limit. They pointed to the signage (4 people). That makes the current head count to be 7. I said in reply, "well we can't come in and one of them has to go." The staff replied, "they're part of the tour so no one can leave." Read more

Wow. We stopped in here today on a whim, and I am so glad that we did. The quality of the meats and cheeses is amazing and the people working there were willing to explain all of the different options to us. My only recommendation would be not to go ... in on an empty stomach, or you'll end up buying a package of everything!! Went twice. Got no service. I left. Owner prefers to talk and eat while his helper hides in the backstore. No eye contact and no service at all. I guess the owner is a well-off man who doesn't need to make money. Very narrow and disappointing selection of cheeses.
