For a $7.95 delivery fee plus the customary 15% tip you would expect the delivery driver to read the house numbers at my address. It was awfully embarrassing to have to go knocking because all I was told was that it was delivered….. I found my pizza. And I will ... now find a new place to order from. Always tries to pull some fast ones on the customers. Twice it had happened to me that the same female front staff tried to over charge me. First time it was a few bucks more than the total according to my online order, I thought it was a bit off, double ... checked, and asked for a correction, still left a tip. Second time, day before Christmas Eve, over $80 worth of food, the same employee tried to add 2 cents as “round-up”, penny round up is for when paying in cash, but I was paying with debit card. When I pointed it out, she had the audacity to actually reply “fine”, and re-did the transaction with an attitude. I was unhappy, but still left a more than 10% tip, because it’s Christmas. That’s already twice that I know of, it might had happened before that I didn’t notice. If this ever happens again, there goes the tip and their reputation. Feb 8, 2024, yep, it happened again, the staff rounded up the penny even for a debit payment. And the $5 mid pizza offer is a bait-n-switch, you could only choose from the pizzas that need $2 extra each, so it’s in fact $7 mid pizza after a regular priced mid or large. Don't order from Pizza Hut, you deserve better. See my pics; toppings were ultra thin (I paid for extra cheese) & the pizza was mangled & horribly cut on arrival. I thought I would give them a second chance- they were good 15 years ago- the renewed opportunity was ... misplaced. No sauce on the pizza. I double checked to see if my order got changed to no sauce but it wasn't. They just literally put it on so thin it was for the most part cheese bread - like a ring around the crust and the rest of the one ... pizza was just cheese. Why cheap out on that; come on. Read more
