Boston Pizza - Victoria, British Columbia

The staff are friendly but the service is terrible. The entire restaurant had 5 tables and sufficient staff yet they were so slow. It’s like everyone was moving in slow motion. Our server never came around to ask if we wanted refills for our drinks. My son asked for medium ... rare steak, it came well done. He wasn’t even given a steak knife to eat his steak. We brought a cake to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. They were great in that they brought the cake out with candles and sang happy birthday but they hadn’t cleared the table of the dirty dishes yet. So while they tried to put the cake down we had to move the dirty dishes out of the way for them. Then they left us with no knife to cut the cake with. They took forever to give us take out containers for our leftovers and never offered a bag to put our four containers in. My husband was so annoyed he got mad that I even bothered to tip them but 15% tip was the minimum amount suggested on their POS. A different server had collected payment before they brought us the cake and after we asked for our cake box back to pack the rest of the cake our server asked if we wanted our bill. My partner and I ate here on a Monday night, we were so grateful for a place to eat that's open late! Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Service was great, the young man who served me was friendly, he kept checking on me to see if everything was OK with my food or whether I needed anything else.He made my experience eating at Boston Pizza q very pleasant one and it made me want to come back ... again. Food was also delicious and I enjoyed the Quinoa vegetable bowl with chicken on top very much qnd can't wait to have it again soon. Read more

Food is terrible. Only thing worse is the service. Half empty and after 30mins with a small family had to go find a server. The lasagna is a plate of half cooked noodles with melted cheese. Pizza is terrible. Salad includes all the worst parts. This is about as bad ... as it gets. Read more

Good deals but the service is very off. The server is polite but the service is very slow for a place that is not understaffed; which I noticed with customers around me sitting waiting a long time for the bill so they can pay and leave. I came on a ... pasta Tuesday and I think they screwed up my order by giving me the Hungry Carnivore when I believe I ordered Smoky Mountain Spaghetti & Meatballs. The food was good but feels odd eating what I didn't ordered (guess it doesn't matter because it all costs the same on Pasta Tuesday). Their dessert was very good. Read more
