1. I asked for egg & cheese belt - grilled & butter, she charged me for a sandwich.. she said sorry , & it was ok! 2. Sandwich lady.. added a bacon.. which I don’t eat, so I asked her to make it a new one.. however she removed the bacon ... and gave me the same sandwich, I told her its cross contamination.. that’s when she made a new one. 3. When she made a new one , it wasn’t grilled no butter, and tomatoes temperature was extremely cold. When you visit this place next time make sure youre getting what you asked for! Thanks ! Read more

The staff are overworked due to the homeless situation in Victoria, in terms of their washrooms. They keep their family washroom closed due to finding people camping or showering inside, which sounds like it can make quite a mess for the staff. While I find it completely frustrating to have to ... wait to use a washroom when there is another one available, often to find that the toilet paper has all been taken or used or the washroom in disrepair due to the situation, I can still have some sympathy for the staff. They shouldn't have such a burden being placed on them. Our government should be doing more to ensure proper washroom/shower facilities for the homeless, which can then be cleaned by someone other than the fine folks who are making our breakfast. But I think they're leaving these people to rot as a warning to the rest of us. Read more

Most likely slowest Tim Hortons in Victoria, seems as if employees are not trained on simple transactions as each one took 5 minutes to put through and the manager was called over every minute or so. The other workers were all working in the same stations then going to the ... next in a group which seems very inefficient given there are 4 employees aside from the one “running” the till.
