I cannot describe how deeply comforting this place is! Felt like home

Delicious coffee and baked goods. SO MANY BOOKS! Don't let the small entry fool you. Beyond that, there were rooms filled to the ceiling with books. I could have spent the entire weekend there.

We have tried other coffee shops but this is the one we end up back to. We like the atmosphere, the people we have met there are great. We really enjoy the coffee, food, and staff. Will never go back. That was the worst service and coffee I have had in a long time. Employee was in there cell phone and didn’t look up until I said hello. No smile, no exchange. The half calf americano was pretty much water and tasted gross. I was told ... that is how their decaf is and was not offered a refund. I left it on the counter with the staff member and walked out. What a waste if money and tip. How are places like this in business? Read more

This is an amazing little place if you love coffee and books. Budget some time to explore…the hundreds of books on a range of topics. No rush for those laptop hobos…loitering is encouraged. Great coffee too!
