Delicious salads and buddha bowl. The ingredients are always super fresh and the servings are plentiful for what you pay. The restaurant owner works independently and is always awesome to speak with, while he's both taking the orders and quickly filling them. Unfortunately it sounds like the landlord ... of the building is refusing to renew the lease for this business so this longterm establishment will no longer be available. Hopefully they can open somewhere else but since I work near the selkirk location a lot of us will be stuck without them because the landlord went for the cashgrab instead of supporting its longterm tenant. Went to Fresh Cafe for lunch today and had the buddha bowl. It was awesome! The dressing (bohemian berry) is my new favourite dressing. So much so that I bought a jar (and a honey curry) to take home :) The cafe interior is nice, and I imagine ... will be more so after covid when everything (fingers crossed) gets back to normal. Amazing menu and the staff are so friendly. This is a gem! Gluten free and vegan options. Great vibe! This is my buddha bowl to go.....delish!

The Buddha bowl is so so good! I got it with chicken. I like the two other bowls as well but Buddha bowl is my favourite. I also love the chicken pesto sandwich, the pesto is amazing! The capicola sandwich is also good. I liked both soups I've tried. The ... smoothies are good. The house brew coffee I really liked as well. I'm pretty picky about sandwiches and coffee. I really appreciate when I'm paying for food that it's better than something I can make. Read more

Great place for breakfast. Coffee is great, the mocha is god tier. The breakfast sandwiches are some of the best around. Haven't really done lunch there often but the panini are good.
