I admit I love their tea, but I can never just go in and get what I want and get out - the staff must work on commission because it's very pressure sales from the minute you walk in the door. I get that they're trying to be helpful and ... help you choose the right tea, but often I know what I want. And I HATE pressure sales so I now avoid the place like the plague - I'd rather go to Starbucks for a tea if there's no other option and Starbucks notoriously sucks for tea. Read more

I might not like a lot of their selection because its kinda over the top flavours of sugar and added stuff but I just want to give credit for the best staff of David's Tea iv had. I had an old tea advent calender from last year. And they helped ... me refill it and print new labels for it and re made a whole new calender for this year. DAVIDsTEA has a wide selection of teas, they absolutely have something for everyone and that is their strongest aspect. The seating in the Johnson Street location is lovely as I often go out with friends to sit inside. It would be nice if more locations had indoor and outdoor seating. ...
