Great gluten free Chinese! Having a dedicated GF menu made it and plus an option of GF beer really made it. Super tasty and good value.

It was a great stop, just passing by to and from Craigdarroch Castle 🏰 when i noticed lots of delivery guys walking in and out. I thought it must have great food inside. The facade from the street doesn't look fancy but someone once said that sometimes those kind of ... restore the best. True it was, the food was great. Simple but the ingredients are fresh. The vegetables were crisp and delicious. Not too salty but lots of flavor. I live so close and yet hadn't been here until now. Kind of easy to miss spot on Fort St, but if you are craving Chinese food this is a good spot. Food was incredibly quick to come out, and was served hot. Spicy Beef Satay was ... my favorite, also tried the Cashew Chicken which was a bit mushroom heavy for my taste. Had lunch at the wonton noodle on Fort Street. Total bill was $40 for two bowls of soup and two spring rolls. We had the house special noodle soup, and mild spice braised beef soup. It’s a big bowl and a reasonable portion, though we both finished the whole bowl. The broth ... is flavourful and there are vegetables in both to go along with the meat. The spring rolls were hot, but didn’t come with plum sauce which we should’ve asked for. Comes with complementary pot of tea. I am a Taiwanese and we live in Los Angeles so we know what is good Chinese food. You have to try their shrimp wonton soup, chef’s special chicken, vegetable fry dishes. Very tasty. And their hot tea is just one of the best kind that a traditional Chinese style ... hot tea for dinner. The staff is very friendly too. We went to eat there two days in a row. Read more
