Service and food was very solid for a diner! Love that it’s super close to the main downtown area of Victoria and A/C is just cool enough to beat the heat. Chicken and waffles was perfectly balanced in sweet and salty. Chicken tenders were tender and waffle was fluffy. Bacon was ... perfect, too. Frankie's was just a 15 minute walk from the Hotel Grand Pacific, and it was worth the walk. Friendly and attentive service. We went for breakfast on a Tuesday and there was no wait. It is overall a great meal experience. I had the deal, 8 dollars on top of the price of the main dish. In my case, seafood pasta, Caesar salad, and key lime pie. All delicious.
