I coffee was great. The barista was aweful. I waited 10 minutes, and watching the people behind me get their orders. So I went up to her and asked if she had made mine. She snapped that she made that already and that someone had already picked it up. I ... told her I never got it and that someone must have taken it by mistake. She told me that I'd have to wait until the 10 other people that came in after me got theirs first. Won't be going there again. Read more

great place, great coffee. getting the key just to use the toilet is a bit much though!

Victoria's Best Fresh Roasted Coffee...bar none

Went here for breakfast every morning while I was in Victoria. Big differences, depending on who was serving. One morning I came in around 8am and there was a big line-up and the girl who was supervising seemed very agitated and more than a little overwhelmed. People were waiting for ... over 5 mins to be handed a cup of plain black coffee! Other days though, a very friendly, somewhat older lady was manning the till and actually remembered my name the second time she saw me :-)! Go there because of the good service and the friendly atmosphere (if you get lucky); both food and coffee are not bad, but nothing special either.... Read more
