Taco Time - Victoria, British Columbia

We rarely eat at many fast food places anymore but were pleasantly surprised with the flavor of our ordered items. The beef cruncho and nachos were pretty tasty. However the last 2 times we've eaten there we've all suffered from stomach aches afterwards and won't be back.

Staff needs to put some care and attention to there food . I was stoked to go grab a burrito today got there wasn't busy no need to ruch my order . Learn to use condiment gun and not pump out half the burritos size in sour cream I want ... to taste my food not the sour cream I don't need three full pumps . Like use a moderate amount. I'll ask if I want it heaping. Ruined my meal couldn't even scrape it out after he slammed all the lettuce into it . Never again . Read more

Ordered my child and myself a meal . The Cook already had 8 tacos pre made and sitting on counter as we walked in … I ordered not thinking anything of it than I see him give me the pre made tacos .I ask him right away how old are ... these tacos and are they gonna be cold! He said yes he just made them. My son was hungry so we took them and sat down to eat it . After eating my 1st taco I realized that the cook had lied to us about it being warm and fresh !!! I than asked my son about his food and he looked at me and said it’s very cold !!! When you pay for a meal with your hard earned cash you expect a hot or warm meal or some. Honestly at the very least!!! This place has very bad standards and customer service !!! Really disappointed this time. No effort put into it. A blob of meat at one end, all the lettuce at the other end. Forgot the sour cream that I paid for. You shouldn't have to stick your fingers in your tacos to spread things around so they can be eaten. This ... place had really improved initially with the new management but this was the worst I've had in years of eating here. I can handle people making mistakes but whoever made my order clearly just didn't care. Read more
