The staff at this McDonalds are hands down the best of all the McDonalds I’ve been to!! I usually go in the mornings around 9/10am and the staff are wonderful and even have remembered my name. They are so dedicated as well, my favourite, Belle told me she has been ... with McDonalds for 15 years. I feel that kind of dedication is so rare these days!! The staff also go through a tremendous amount of trouble with some other customers, which McDonalds definitely doesn’t compensate them for. They always go out of their way!! When I was at the Cedar Hill location, I used the McDonald's app to order two quarter pounder meals with fries and a soft drink. For some unknown reason, the 1200 Douglas St. location received the order, after I had placed the order while I was physically at the Cedar ... Hill location and had already paid for it. Even worse, the order was shown on my app as being picked up by someone else at this location. The order number was 2125, unfortunately due to the different locations Cedar Hill staff were unable to assist me and advised if I wanted my money back to leave this review here to be read by management at this location. Cedar Hill staff were adamant that if I provided the order number, staff at this location would be able to generate my previous order, verify it and hopefully you'll all be able to refund me too. I love the store ambiance. Staffs are very hospitable and they let me sit and one of their staff delivered the food to my table. It was a great experience

My experience at this McDonald's was disappointing. The food was bland, service mediocre, and the overall cleanliness appalling. It's surprising to see a McDonald's franchise underperforming like this. I wouldn't recommend eating here. The quality falls far below the usual standards associated with the McDonald's brand.
