The Bent Mast - Victoria, British Columbia

We loved The Bent Mast! Perfect pit stop while cycling through town. Highlight was the hand cut fries in the poutine, sunny patio, and friendly neighborhood pub vibes. We liked reading about the haunted upstairs, but it didn’t feel spooky.

Very aesthetic bar and restaurant. You’ll get a very good buzz during the weekdays after 6:00 PM. The food is really good and the drinks are amazing as well. We had the Mast Burger it was delicious.

Outstanding food and service. We showed up with our dog and they opened the patio for us, brought us a table umbrella (in case of rain) and were just overall so helpful and welcoming. Food was delicious and pints were huge. Highly recommend, we’ll be back.

We love this restaurant and go to it at least once or twice a month! The staff is great, efficient and friendly. It has reasonably priced food and alcohol for the James Bay area. The location is great, and the house is really cool. The menu has a good variety of ... items, but it mostly focuses on classic pub fare. Highly recommend the Bent Mast burger and the chicken strips.
