Woman with short dark hair, either a manager or hostess but not our server, was INCREDIBLY rude. Friends and family used to love this place, but after this latest experience we're all taking our money elsewhere.

I’m not eating the food as all I had was a few Guinness. Or the sunny patio.. very comfortable outside in the outdoor green space, with shade if you need it. Service was friendly and the beer was cold. Just what I needed. I’ll likely be back if I’m out and walk by ... it again. I came in for happy hour and ordered a beer. This blonde bartender told it wasn't on happy hour so I let it go and got one. It would have been nice if she made an effort to let me know what was on happy hour. I paid and tipped ... her. She was indifferent the whole time and on her phone the whole time. There was a group of us who decided to get together and have lunch. The pub was empty, so we thought it was a great time. We waited for almost an hour to just get our drinks and then another hour to get our food. Our waitress was trying to help us and ... did a decent job. The bartender came out and told us to call ahead next time so that she didn’t have to deal with so many people at once. Absolutely horrible experience, we will never go back there. Read more

We were seated comfortably in the dimly lit room. Although poorly lit even for a pub, the service was attentive, friendly yet no nonsense. The food was good and portions large. We look forward to another visit, perhaps roast beef dinner Sunday evening.
