I went through the drive-through and ordered a classic chicken burger combo. I waited for the food for more than 15 minutes, and I received it only after I went to the store and inquired about my order. It's understandable; perhaps they missed me because it was really busy there. ... However, the chicken inside my burger was not properly cooked. Just ordered through skip the dishes and my chicken wrap is raw.. I mean actually pink and fleshy. Absolutely disgusting and frankly, unacceptable

The food is good here. I mean come on ......it's Wendy's. You get what you pay for. The food is good and the portions are large. Good value for money at this fast food chain. The service here always seems to be really slow though. They focus all of their ... attention on drive thru and forget about those customers that come into the restaurant. Do a little better. I will still be coming here in the future as it is close to my wife's work. A little more focus and the ratings will go up. Read more
