It is a busy place! Wow. But a hostess and a server have a great attitude. Love food as always. The bugger patty came out burnt and we asked for a replacement and the server quickly rectified it. Then, the manager came to our table for an apology which was ... not expected as we just wanted the replacement, so it was a pleasant surprise. It was great overall. I reluctantly went to Red Robin because it's been around so long, I felt like they had that day back in the 80s. But I was taken aback, it was actually pretty good. The food has a tad more salt than I would have liked, and the burger meat was ... well done (I prefer med rare) but overall it was good. Our server was great! Super friendly and attentive. The carpet looks pretty warn, might be time for a reno. Would I go back? Yes but not that often. Would I recommend? Sure if you're looking for a very casual place for a pretty reliable burger. I came here today for lunch with a group of 7 people around 3pm. The service was good and our waitress was excellent. The food was good. The shrimp popcorn is very delicious. There are vegetarian options as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Good experience overall.
