Went for our anniversary dinner the meal was the best we'd had on our trip in Victoria so we came back the next night for our last dinner. Was not disappointed food was amazing. We had the same server both visits and she was a delight.

There are few restaurants where I return the next day because the food and service was that good. This restaurant is one of them. Amazing service. Delicious food and cocktails, what more do you want?

Went for lunch and had an unbelievable meal! Top notch seafood, the sushi was better than any sushi place in Victoria that I have been to. We also had salads, lobster roll (10/10), prawn cocktail etc.. Service was amazing and everyone so friendly and accommodating to us on our small ... child. Classy and classic looking but with an updated awesome menu. Sure it might cost you a few bucks more than some run of the mill meal at Cactus but the portions were big and worth every penny! Had high hopes for this place because it was recommended. Sent two dishes back... ordered an item that was out only to be told lots of oysters so started with 6... yummy... went to order more only to be told no more. Boogey spot ... which ... is what we wanted for a business dinner... disappointing. Table next to us ordered same food and my proportion way smaller... and got food before our table. Read more

Older established fish and steak house ib downtown Victoria. Higher than expected pricing vs. the portions received, although quality was good, the steak was cooked well vs. Our medium requested, but we still enjoyed it. Dated restaurant that could use a refresh, service was good, and ... the food came out hot and timely. We do our best to support local, but with competition for them just around the corner, hopefully, some improvement to atmosphere and sizing / pricing occurs. Read more
