McDonald’s - Victoria, British Columbia

I am a DoorDash driver and they don’t allow me to use the washroom. The washroom is in service, but they don’t give the key and this McDonald’s is very rude to the delivery drivers. The people don’t have the way to talk to the delivery drivers.

Very nice service from “Douglas”. My 8years daughter wanted to give her special thanks to Mr. Douglas who served us today. He was very quick and kind. The building is situated in a very ugly place. For the love of god someone fire the big black lady, never in my life faced such disrespect and discrimination to that level on a drive-thru. She literally throw my drink in my car and the only thing i did is i made an order like any normal human being ... with no disrespect, and apparently it’s not the first time, a lot of my friends have seen the exact same thing and even worse sometimes from her and for some reason nobody is doing anything about it, i never seen an employee curse at a customer before just cause he ordered food. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovation. I haven't gone there in years. I'm not sure when it was redone. Probably the best McDonald's on tge island. No complaints on the food. Usually temperature is an issue.

I was dining in and this is how my burger came out. It was good tho, the atmosphere of the place is weird because of its location so keep it in mind before going.
